CAR HAULING DISPATCHER — Office Based About Us GoGetDispatch is a growing US-based car hauling dispatch service managing a fleet of 12 units across multiple carriers. We work with open and enclosed auto transport carriers operating across the United States, sourcing high-paying loads and handling all broker communications on behalf of our drivers. Position We are looking for a motivated and reliable Car Hauling Dispatcher to join our team at our Chișinău office. Schedule Monday – Friday (+ weekends as needed) 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM Work Format Office based Responsibilities Source and book loads for assigned drivers via load boards Negotiate rates with brokers to maximize driver gross Maintain consistent communication with drivers throughout the day Track loads and ensure timely pickups and deliveries Handle load documentation and updates in dispatch software Resolve day-to-day issues (delays, reroutes, broker communication) Requirements Experience in car hauling dispatch strongly preferred Familiarity with Central Dispatch, SuperDispatch, or similar platforms Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and manage multiple drivers simultaneously Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented Nice to Have Existing knowledge of US auto transport routes and broker networks Experience with open and enclosed trailer operations Familiarity with BOL requirements and factoring documentation Experience dispatching 7–9 car haulers is a significant advantage Compensation 2.0% – 2.5% of gross revenue generated per assigned driver Performance-based — the more you load your drivers, the more you earn Why Join Us Small tight-knit team with direct access to management Stable and growing operation with room to grow as the fleet expands Learn the US auto transport industry from the inside Competitive performance-based compensation To Apply +373 78 188 713 (preferred — call or WhatsApp) [email protected]
